The Wrong Idea About Network Marketing

There are a lot of people that have the wrong idea regarding what network marketing is, even people who have been involved with network marketing for years. If you think that network marketing is selling a company’s merchandise then you are sadly wrong.

Network Marketing is leveraging your time not selling. You do not want to be a salesman, or sales woman after all the majority of people want nothing to do regarding sales. If you want to sale things then get a job selling big ticket items like cars, and boats where you will get your commissions for selling them.

Sacrifice is A Must in Network Marketing

When you start your network marketing business the goal should be to work really hard, make sacrifices to insure your success, and in 3 to 5 years have the ability to retire to live the good life if that is what you want to.

Steps you must take to succeed in Network Marketing:

1. Listen to someone in your group give a presentation
2. Get the power point presentation for your opportunity
3. Practice giving the presentation
4. After your have practiced several times by yourself ask your friends and family members to view the webinar and then ask them what they liked and disliked about it. This is something that needs to be practiced numerous times throughout the week.
5. Teach new members in your group to listen to your presentation
6. Give them the power point presentation so they can practice with their family and friends
7. After they have practiced with their family and friends get them started on giving presentations  to small groups of people
8. After they are confident in giving presentations they need to be helping others learn how to give presentations.

The majority of presentations given use power point and there is no need to be on the computer screen unless that is what you want.

Network Marketing is About Creating Leverage

You need to remember that network marketing is not about selling it is about leveraging your time and teaching other to do the same.
