David Miller – Network Marketing

There are a lot of people that have entered the network marketing industry and let’s face it the economy is not doing very well right now and in fact you could say it stinks.

So there are a lot of people out there looking for opportunity that turn network marketing industry, because of the potential income, its home base, sweat equity business, & doesn’t require a large investment. You can go out there with just your passion, enthusiasm, & focus and you can build an empire in a fairly short period of time, and that attracts a lot of people all of the time.

In this economy that we are now in there are millions of people being forced to reinvent themselves that normally would have never looked at the network marketing business. Due to job loss, or their hours being cut due to their business’s profit loss a lot of people are now OPEN to the idea that the network marketing business may be the business for them.

Today we find people that are confused by the structure of the network marketing business, confused by exactly what do you do, what is it, and how does it work? A lot of these people are searching for help on the internet, and listening in on calls trying to figure it out.

Most people jump into network marketing with little or more times than not with no business plan. The majority of the business owners have only one simple plan and that is to sponsor a bunch of people. They feel they only need to talk to a bunch of people, have those people talk to a bunch of people, and they will be on their way to $10,000.00 a month. This type of thinking would be like taking a trip from Ohio and driving to Houston, Texas without getting a map and planning your trip. If you know your directions the trip would be easier.

You need to make a business plan, and the first thing you need to do is decide why you are in the Business! Are you in the business to make money? To have Fun? Or are you just looking for something to do take up some of the spare time you have? There’s a big difference in how you are going to purse the business and how you are going to go about it based on what your goal is. If you are in the network marketing business to make money you have to realize that the product is irrelevant, you should never promote a product that you don’t believe in, but what good is to have a product that you love and no one wants. Sit down and analyze the product, look at the potential for growth, and all of the factors that could contribute to your success with the product. Bottom line if you are in it because you love the product then great, but if you’re in it because you want to make money then realize the product is irrelevant.

Understanding the concept of network marketing is what will put you on the road to success, a lot of people become confused when they look at network marketing, because what we see in the world every day is a retail sales model.  Network marketing is not based on a retail sales model the goal of network marketing is to setup a bunch of network distributors.

Now there are legal requirements in which all network marketing distributors are suppose to have a few retail customers and if you are out there promoting your opportunity on a day by day bases you are going to have those so there’s no need to worry about that.

So realize there is huge potential in the network marketing industry, you need to figure out your why, your goal in your network marketing business, that your objective is to recruit distributors not make sales, and the last and most important thing to remember is to promote yourself and not the product.

Don’t be shy leave a comment and tell me what you think ;-D

To your success,
